Supply Planning Transformation Specialist

Serve as the dedicated site transformation resource responsible for deploying the Future Focused Planning program at assigned manufacturing sites. Guide the site team through the full transition to the new Target Operating Model (TOM), ensuring sustainable adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working. Bridge the gap between the central deployment program and the site, translating strategic transformation objectives into practical, site-level outcomes.

Own the end-to-end deployment of the Future Focused Planning program at assigned manufacturing sites. Partner with site leadership and supply planning teams to drive adoption of the new Target Operating Model (TOM). Conduct site readiness assessments and identify gaps against the target state. Develop and execute site-specific deployment and change management plans. Deliver training and capability-building sessions for site supply planning teams. Track and report site progress against deployment milestones and KPIs to the Deployment Lead. Identify and escalate risks and issues in a timely manner. Embed new ways of working, processes, and tools at site level to ensure lasting change. Capture and share site learnings to support continuous improvement of the overall deployment approach. Ensure the site is fully prepared for post-deployment sustainability and hypercare exit.

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field (required). Master's degree or professional specialisation in Supply Chain/Operations (preferred). 5–8 years of experience in supply planning, demand planning, or S&OP within a manufacturing environment, at a senior/manager level in Big Pharma Companies. Preferably a combination of both at a manufacturing site and global supply chain. Hands-on experience with SAP, Blue Yonder/JDA or equivalent advanced planning tools — working knowledge minimum; expert-level hands-on proficiency strongly preferred Demonstrated experience leading or contributing to supply chain transformation or Target Operating Model (TOM) deployment — including site readiness assessments, gap analysis, and deployment planning Facilitation, training delivery, and capability building experience — ability to design and deliver planning capability programmes for site teams transitioning to new operating models Stakeholder engagement and influencing skills — ability to work cross-functionally across Manufacturing and Global Supply Chain, and to influence without formal authority Analytical mindset with the ability to identify gaps and drive pragmatic solutions. Comfortable working independently at site level with minimal supervision. Change management knowledge or certification (desirable). Positive mindset and ability to drive non-direct reports in a matrix organisation
