What You"ll Do

• Prepare and stage materials used in pharmaceutical manufacturing
• Measure, weigh, and mix materials according to production procedures
• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment
• Record production data, batch information, and quality checks
• Follow GMP guidelines and standard operating procedures
• Perform routine equipment setup, cleaning, and sanitization
• Assist with troubleshooting and continuous process improvements
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized production environment
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

What We"re Looking For

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience in manufacturing, food production, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, laboratories, or other regulated environments preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures
• Basic math skills and comfort working with measurements
• Ability to accurately complete documentation and production records
• Ability to lift materials and work in a manufacturing setting
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Baraboo, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
