Job Store Staffing is hiring Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Technicians for a growing pharmaceutical company in South Englewood, CO. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with a company dedicated to improving patient outcomes through high-quality sterile pharmaceutical manufacturing.
Prepare and manufacture sterile pharmaceutical products in a cleanroom environment
Operate formulation, filling, inspection, and packaging equipment
Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and cGMP guidelines
Complete production documentation accurately and thoroughly
Inspect products to ensure quality and compliance
Clean and sanitize equipment and manufacturing areas
Perform aseptic gowning and support sterile manufacturing processes
Maintain accountability of materials and finished products
Assist with equipment maintenance, calibration, and production support
What We're Looking For:
High school diploma or GED required
Manufacturing experience preferred (pharmaceutical or healthcare experience is a plus)
Knowledge of cGMP, aseptic manufacturing, or cleanroom environments preferred
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Good communication and teamwork skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
Reliable, motivated, and eager to learn new skills
