Job Store Staffing is hiring Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Technicians for a growing pharmaceutical company in South Englewood, CO. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with a company dedicated to improving patient outcomes through high-quality sterile pharmaceutical manufacturing.
Pay & Schedule:
- Starting Pay: $21.50/hr
- 2nd Shift: Monday – Friday | 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM (+$2.00/hr shift differential)
- 3rd Shift: Monday – Friday | 11:30 PM – 8:00 AM (+$3.00/hr shift differential)

What You'll Be Doing:
- Prepare and manufacture sterile pharmaceutical products in a cleanroom environment
- Operate formulation, filling, inspection, and packaging equipment
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and cGMP guidelines
- Complete production documentation accurately and thoroughly
- Inspect products to ensure quality and compliance
- Clean and sanitize equipment and manufacturing areas
- Perform aseptic gowning and support sterile manufacturing processes
- Maintain accountability of materials and finished products
- Assist with equipment maintenance, calibration, and production support
What We're Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Manufacturing experience preferred (pharmaceutical or healthcare experience is a plus)
- Knowledge of cGMP, aseptic manufacturing, or cleanroom environments preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
- Reliable, motivated, and eager to learn new skills
