HTSS is looking for experienced Pharmaceutical Room Leads to join a growing manufacturing team in Macungie! If you're a motivated leader with manufacturing experience and are ready to advance your career, this is a great opportunity.

What You'll Do:

- Lead and support daily production operations

- Assist with packaging and manufacturing processes

- Ensure quality, safety, and GMP standards are followed

- Train and support production team members

- Help maintain production goals in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:
- Previous manufacturing or packaging leadership experience required
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Must be able to speak and understand English
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
