Location: Lincoln Village, OH
Salary: $55.00 USD Hourly - $59.00 USD Hourly
Description: Our client is currently seeking a Pharmacist

Shifts are 7am-330pm, 10am-630pm and 4p-1230am. 
eventually they would be working weekends and that shift would be 8am-430pm 
they will be in rotation with 3 other pharmacists and will do all of these shift based on a weekly rotation. 

Job Summary:
The Pharmacist is responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient pharmacy operations within a long-term care setting. This role involves dispensing medications, supervising pharmacy staff, maintaining regulatory compliance, and ensuring safe delivery of pharmaceutical services to patients.

This job will have the following responsibilities:
    • Manage daily pharmacy operations, including workflow, productivity, and deadlines.
    • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, local, DEA, and third-party regulations.
    • Supervise pharmacy staff to ensure accuracy in order entry, workflow, and delivery schedules.
    • Review and verify medication orders for accuracy, completeness, and proper labeling.
    • Oversee preparation of sterile IV medications where required.
    • Maintain proper handling, storage, and documentation of controlled substances.
    • Ensure Schedule II drug inventory is accurately maintained.
    • Provide coverage for evenings, weekends, holidays, and on-call rotation.
    • Ensure daily clearance of workflow dashboards.
    • Follow HIPAA and all applicable regulatory standards.
    • Adhere to company policies related to safety, attendance, and conduct.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements:
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (required)
    • Active Pharmacist license in good standing
