Pharmacist needed in a welcoming, close-knit community in Berlin, New Hampshire, in the scenic North Country region. Shift Notes:Monday - Friday 8hr days (7/730am - 430/5pm) + rotating weekendsWeekend Requirements:every 3rd weekend (Sat/Sun 8am - 1pm)On Call Requirements:NoneNestled amid the White Mountains and expansive forests, Berlin combines small-town charm with easy access to some of New England's best outdoor recreation. Required Qualifications
Pharmacist, Acute Experience: 2 years Licenses: PHARM-NH Certifications: BLS SSN Required DOB Required References: 1 Reference in the last 12 months Certification Requirements: BLS (AHA) State License Requirements: New Hampshire (Compact Allowed) (New Hampshire Pharmacist license can be applied for at time of offer) Minimum 2 years current hospital experience [REQUIRED] 2-5 years total experience preferred. Would consider 1 year experience if all hospital based with Meditech experience.
