Dates of Coverage needed: Start ASAP for next 4-8 weeks while DOP on leave
Coverage Hours needed: Mondays 8am-4pm every week; August 3rd-7th 8am-4pm and possible coverage other weekdays if other Rph needs days off
Weekend coverage needed: Not at this time but might need help with on-call coverage
Order Entry System: HCS Web EMR, can be trained onsite
Site Automation: Omnicell access via Citrix/OCRA Remote Desktop, can be trained onsite
Site Specialty Areas: Behavioral Health (pediatrics and detox)
Staff Size: 1 RPh (Tues-Fri), 1 FT technician, 1 DOP (DOP is on leave)
Job responsibilities: Order entry, Omnicell check, drug monitoring
Tech support: Distribution
Onsite training prior to start
If a local candidate is not available, will review travel expense
