Job Description
LifeBridge Health seeks a Retail Pharmacist to provide safe, accurate medication dispensing and patient counseling in a community pharmacy setting. The Pharmacist will verify prescriptions, perform clinical reviews for interactions and contraindications, and collaborate with physicians, nurses, and care teams to optimize therapy. Responsibilities include immunization administration, medication therapy management, regulatory compliance, and inventory control. You will mentor technicians and students, support process improvements, and contribute to compassionate, high-quality care for diverse patient populations across the LifeBridge Health system.
