We are hiring a Pharmacist to work in a closed door setting. Candidates must be actively Licensed/Registered as a Pharmacist in the State of Ohio. This is a night shift position working from roughly 5pm - 1:30am.

Job Description
This Pharmacist role focuses on delivering high-quality clinical and retail pharmacy services while ensuring full compliance with regulatory guidelines, company policies, and professional standards. You will provide patient-centered care through immunizations, medication therapy management (MTM) interventions, and comprehensive medication counseling, while also driving an exceptional customer experience. The position combines direct patient interaction, operational excellence, and continuous professional development to support a modern, service-oriented pharmacy environment.
Responsibilities
- Engage customers and patients by greeting them warmly and offering proactive assistance with pharmacy products and healthcare services.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and accurately, answering questions to ensure a positive and reassuring customer experience.
- Model and share customer service best practices with all team members, including strong interpersonal habits such as consistent eye contact, courteous communication, and professional demeanor.
- Demonstrate and promote service traits such as proactively offering help, identifying customer needs, and providing support until the customer is fully satisfied.
- Develop strong relationships with high-value and frequent customers by anticipating their needs and proactively offering appropriate pharmacy and clinical services.
- Support initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience by increasing focus on healthcare services, including patient consultations, medication management, and drug therapy reviews.
- Perform retail clinical and wellness services such as immunizations, flu shots, and health awareness programs (for example, diabetes awareness), helping to shift the pharmacy role from transactional to relationship-based care.
- Provide clinical services to patients, including immunizations and MTM interventions, in strict compliance with regulatory guidelines, professional standards, and company policies and procedures.
- Ensure proper use of all elements of the Good Faith Dispensing policy when filling prescriptions, in conjunction with applicable state and federal controlled substance laws.
- Serve as the Product Review/Retail Fill Process Pharmacist with ultimate responsibility for verifying that all elements of Good Faith Dispensing are present before medication is dispensed.
- Maintain current knowledge and skills related to pharmacy and healthcare by regularly reading pharmacy journals, professional publications, and internal company communications.
- Stay informed about developments in retail pharmacy, management practices, and healthcare services, and pursue best practices that enhance individual and pharmacy performance.
- Complete and maintain all required certifications, continuing education credits, and internal training modules assigned through the organization's talent management or learning platforms.
- Collaborate with pharmacy team members to ensure safe, accurate, and efficient prescription processing and to support a consistent standard of care.
- Uphold all legal, ethical, and professional standards in every aspect of pharmacy practice, including patient confidentiality, documentation, and record-keeping.
Essential Skills
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or a Pharmacist degree from an accredited educational institution.
- Current, active pharmacist licensure in the state or states within the assigned district, in good standing.
- Certified Immunizer credential, enabling the pharmacist to administer immunizations in accordance with state regulations.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60.07 - $60.07/hr.
