Role Description The Pharmacist role at All In Solutions, LLC is a full-time, on-site position based in Charleston, SC. The Pharmacist will perform day-to-day medication dispensing, verification, and clinical review to ensure safe, effective, and compliant patient care. Responsibilities include reviewing prescriptions for accuracy, checking for drug interactions, counseling patients and clinical staff on appropriate medication use, and maintaining accurate pharmacy records. The Pharmacist will collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize medication therapies, support health assessments with pharmaceutical expertise, and adhere to all federal, state, and organizational regulations and protocols. The role also involves participating in quality improvement initiatives, inventory management, and contributing to a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Pharmacist license in the state of South Carolina (or eligibility for licensure within a defined timeframe).

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or equivalent degree from an accredited school of pharmacy.

• Demonstrated expertise in clinical pharmacology, medication therapy management, and evidence-based prescribing support.
• \n
• Strong skills in prescription verification, medication safety, and regulatory compliance (including state and federal pharmacy laws and controlled substance regulations).
• \n
• Proficiency in pharmacy information systems, electronic health records (EHR), and basic IT tools to support integrated health services.
• \n
• Effective communication and counseling skills for working with patients, clinicians, and interdisciplinary teams.
• \n
• Ability to manage inventory, ensure proper storage and handling of medications, and support quality assurance processes.
• \n
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced, on-site healthcare environment.

• Experience in integrated health services, hospital or clinic-based pharmacy, or government/mission-focused healthcare settings is beneficial.
