We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established independent community pharmacy in Chester, California, seeking a patient-focused Pharmacist to join its close-knit team.

What's on Offer

• $80.00 per hour
• Full-time, permanent position - 40 hours per week
• Monday-Friday only
• Working hours: 8:45 AM - 5:15 PM
• No evenings or weekends

The Role

You'll play a key role in delivering exceptional patient care while overseeing the safe and accurate dispensing of prescriptions in a busy community pharmacy processing approximately 200 prescriptions per day.

Responsibilities include:

• Dispensing prescriptions accurately and efficiently
• Providing medication counselling and clinical advice to patients
• Administering immunizations
• Performing point-of-care testing services
• Working collaboratively with pharmacy technicians and support staff
• Ensuring compliance with all state and federal pharmacy regulations
• Building strong relationships with patients and healthcare providers
• Contributing to a positive, patient-first culture

What We're Looking For

• Active California Pharmacist license in good standing
• Strong community/retail pharmacy experience preferred
• Confident administering immunizations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for delivering outstanding patient care
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment
