A permanent opportunity is available for a Clinical Pharmacist to work in a dynamic hospital setting that offers diverse clinical experiences across Emergency Department (ED), Intensive Care Unit (ICU), and antibiotic stewardship teams. This role provides a unique chance to expand clinical expertise by rotating through multiple units, unlike larger hospitals where pharmacists may be limited to one specific area.

Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and verify medication orders while reviewing medication profiles for appropriateness.
- Provide clinical pharmacy services tailored to specific patient populations.
- Participate actively in multidisciplinary rounds and team discussions.
- Monitor drug therapy and perform pharmacist-managed consults following established protocols.
- Engage in acute patient care scenarios including cardiac arrest, stroke, sepsis, and trauma cases within the ED and critical care settings.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (BS) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD).
- Completion of PGY1 residency or a minimum of 3 years of clinical pharmacy experience.
- Licensed pharmacist in PA or ability to obtain licensure; candidates without a current PA license are encouraged to apply.
Schedule:- Variable days and afternoons, primarily 8-hour day shifts.
Technology:- Experience with Meditech system preferred.
