Overview

We are seeking a licensed Pharmacist to support medication dispensing and patient care in a fast-paced clinical environment. This role is responsible for ensuring accuracy, safety, and compliance in all pharmacy operations while delivering high-quality service to patients and collaborating with clinical staff.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately compound, fill, and verify prescriptions
  • Dispense medications in accordance with regulatory and safety standards
  • Provide patient counseling and education on medications and treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate records for prescriptions, patient profiles, and inventory
  • Collaborate with physicians, pharmacy technicians, and healthcare teams
  • Support clinical operations, including providing coverage and assisting during high-volume periods
  • Monitor and manage medication inventory and supplies
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and company policies
  • Analyze and resolve complex pharmacy-related issues and maintain quality standards

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Pharmacy or PharmD from an accredited institution
  • Active Pharmacist license in the applicable state(s)
  • Ability to participate in federal prescription programs
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency with pharmacy systems and general computer applications
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of pharmacy experience
  • Experience in high-volume retail, clinical, or outpatient settings
  • Experience working with pharmacy technicians and interdisciplinary care teams
