Salary and Benefits
- Salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 per year

Responsibilities
- 40-hour work week with a rotating schedule
- Supervise pharmacy technicians and provide clear guidance aligned with organizational values
- Accurately fill prescriptions and ensure medication safety and appropriateness
- Counsel patients, families, and caregivers on medication use and safety
- Manage daily pharmacy operations including inventory, record-keeping, and insurance interactions
- Collaborate with prescribers to optimize medication therapy and resolve issues
- Monitor procurement, storage, and distribution of medications and supplies
- Maintain controlled substance compliance and 340B program integrity
- Deliver Medication Therapy Management and immunization services
- Participate in integrated care and patient-focused clinical teams
- Support quality improvement initiatives and data management
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and accrediting body regulations
- Represent pharmacy interests in community and policy activities
Requirements
- Eligible for pharmacist licensure in the State of Maine
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) preferred
- Completion of ASHP-accredited residency preferred
- Experience in retail, ambulatory, or specialty pharmacy settings
- Certification to administer immunizations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Willingness to participate in on-call rotation
- Clean criminal and DHHS background
- Valid Maine driver's license and reliable transportation
