Short Description: The Pharmacist provides review of medication therapy regimens for accuracy of dosing to ensure optimal safe and cost effective therapeutic regimens. Experience Required:

• 3-5 year's experience preferred.

Education Requirements:

• Doctorate Degree Required

License/Certification Requirements:

• New Jersey Pharmacy license (or eligible for licensure within 6 months)
• PGY-2 required
• Board Certification Pharmaceutical Specialty (BCPS)
