Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (BPharm or equivalent)
Active, unrestricted pharmacist license in Virginia
Demonstrated pharmacy experience
Strong knowledge of pharmacy law and regulations (federal and state)
Comfortable using pharmacy management systems / computer systems
Ensure compliance with all state and federal pharmacy laws, regulations, and standards
Supervise and direct pharmacy staff (scheduling, purchasing, workflow execution, clinical responsibilities)
Partner with leadership on quality improvement and cost-containment initiatives
Provide clinical/technical support to pharmacy and regional teams
Respond to medication-related inquiries with accurate clinical guidance
Maintain thorough patient records and documentation (med history, labs, concurrent meds, etc.)
Document communications with providers, patients, and caregivers in the pharmacy system
Oversee safe practices for medication procurement, storage, distribution, and disposal
Perform additional duties as needed to support patient care and pharmacy operations

This is a leadership opportunity for a pharmacist who can manage and coach a team, maintain regulatory compliance, and help drive operational excellence. (Experience outside of LTC is welcome—management experience is key.)
