Job Summary: We are seeking a clinically grounded and technically skilled Informatics Pharmacist to optimize pharmacy systems, enhance medication safety, and support compliance efforts across our healthcare network. In this role, you will bridge clinical pharmacy with technology—supporting automated dispensing systems, electronic health records (EHR), smart pump technologies, and drug diversion monitoring programs to improve patient safety and operational efficiency.
Compensation & Work Schedule:
Salary Range: $118,000 – $170,000 / year (commensurate with experience).
Relocation Allowance: Up to $5,000 relocation assistance available.
Work Arrangement: Hybrid schedule (On-site with 1 day/week remote capability).

Key Responsibilities:
Informatics & System Optimization: Support and refine pharmacy informatics systems, automated dispensing equipment, smart IV pumps, and barcode medication administration (BCMA) workflows.
Medication Safety & Diversion Monitoring: Enhance medication safety protocols, continuous quality improvement initiatives, and oversight of drug diversion tracking and reporting platforms.
Clinical & Supply Chain Integrity: Ensure regulatory compliance for controlled substances and medication-use processes while delivering patient-centered pharmaceutical support and drug information.
Technology Integration: Collaborate with IT and clinical teams to maintain and optimize Electronic Health Records (EHR) and pharmacy automation software.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education: Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited program [Required].
Clinical Experience: Minimum 1+ year of hospital pharmacy experience [Required].
Licensure: Active State Pharmacist License (or eligible for state licensure) [Required].
Residency & Certifications: ASHP-accredited residency OR Board Certification in Pharmacy Informatics (BCPIS) [Preferred].
Technical Knowledge: Prior experience with pharmacy automation systems, EHR platforms, health tech workflows, and controlled substance regulatory requirements [Preferred].
