Role Summary: Under the supervision of a pharmacist, makes pharmaceutical therapies available for patients through preparation, repackaging, and distribution of drugs and drug-like products. Demonstrates the ability to support pharmacists in delivering patient care. Possesses understanding and experience within a variety of pharmacy work environments. Demonstrates exceptional time management, communication, and interpersonal skills. Provides leadership in work areas and assigned projects. Exercises management responsibilities through problem-solving and collaboration, independently and as delegated by supervising pharmacist or preceptor. Provides excellent customer care by helping to maintain an organized and efficient workflow in the pharmacy.
