Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
Education: Graduation from an accredited School or College of Pharmacy with a B.S. or PharmD degree.
Experience: Must be able to work variable shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Licensure/Certifications:
Valid current Arizona Registered Pharmacist License.
Basic Life Support (BLS-CPR) upon employment and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 6 months of employment.
Board Certification is required for any new hires after January 1st, 2014. Must be board certified within 36 months of eligibility for certification
Preferred Requirements:
Experience: Residency Preferred, Hospital pharmacy experience, IT Pharmacist with Cerner Millenium
Certification: Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).

Established in 1961, St. Josephs Hospital in Tucson is home to the Carondelet Neurological Institute and the Carondelet Joint Replacement Center.
