Pharmacist Job - Full Time

We are partnering with a local client in Palmetto, FL to find a licensed pharmacist for a full-time position in a long-term care facility. In this role you will use clinical expertise to ensure the safe and compassionate distribution of medications to individuals managing a range of physical and mental health conditions. Minimum Requirements:

• Must have FL State Pharmacist License to Apply.
• Pharmacist experience preferred. Client accepts candidates without prior LTC experience.
• Strong prioritization and multitasking skills required to manage workflow tied to delivery schedules and rejected claims for ALF residents.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to engage in training. Candidate must be motivated and ask questions during onboarding.
• Experience in retail pharmacy viewed favorably.
• Management or supervisory experience is a plus.

Schedule Details:

• Standard model: 4 x 10-hour shifts per week.
• After training, clinicians join a rotating weekend/on-call schedule approximately every 3rd week.
• Weekend coverage totals 10 hours. Typical weekend hours: Saturday 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM; Sunday 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM.
• Weekend rotation week typically includes 3 weekday shifts plus Saturday/Sunday coverage. Non-weekend rotation week typically includes 4 weekday 10-hour shifts.
• Weekly schedules vary based on pharmacy operational needs. Weekday assignments are evolving due to staffing model adjustments.

Compensation Note:

• Target annual compensation for current staff pharmacists is approximately $123,000. No formal salary guarantee is provided by the client.
