Pharmacist (Oncology) - Direct Hire Location: Antioch, CA Pay: $85–$105/hour Schedule: Monday–Friday | 5:00 AM–2:00 PM or 6:00 AM–3:00 PM
What you’ll do as a Pharmacist:
Compound and dispense medications; support oncology/infusion workflows
Perform clinical review of treatment/supportive care plans (dosing, timing, compatibility)
Verify calculations, concentrations, final volumes, labeling, and documentation
Ensure orders are complete/authorized and insurance approval is confirmed before admixing
Maintain compliance with USP <797>/<800>, OSHA, DSCSA, and CA Pharmacy regulations
