Pharmacist - Oncology

Description

Responsibilities include: 

• Oversees the mixing of oncologic therapeutics and associated medication.
• Reviews chemotherapy orders to ensure accuracy and safety.
• Assists physicians in optimizing drug therapies.
• Supervision of the oral dispensing center.
• Participation in oncology disease-related groups to support guideline development
• Issues guidance to the physician group on treatment protocols and ensures compliance     with various pathways.
• Provides accurate drug information to healthcare professionals and patients

• Two years of Pharmacist experience required

• Pharm.D or equivalent degree from an accredited school of pharmacy
• Completion of a PGY1 and/or PGY2 residency

• CA PharmD License (Preferred)

Salary Range: $136,000.00 - $185,000.00 per year
