Responsibilities & Requirements:
Job Responsibilities
- Inpatient Pharmacist position in an acute hospital setting
- Provide pharmaceutical information to multidisciplinary health care teams, engage in Kinetic dosing, therapy consults and order verifications
- Work directly with nursing, physicians and peers to provide acute care services
- other duties as assigned
Job Qualifications
- Graduated from an accredited school of Pharmacy with either a B.S. in Pharmacy or PharmD
- Active State of Ohio licensed Pharmacist
- Excellent written and communication skills
