What youll need:

• Bachelor of Science/Doctor of Pharmacy required
• Current Washington State Pharmacy License in good standing
• Current Washington State Pharmacy preceptor preferred
• 5 years of hospital and/or retail pharmacy and clinical pharmacy preferred
• Computer experience with pharmacy systems preferred
• American Heart Association BLS Certification required
• ACLS Certification Inpatient is required within one year of date of hire

Schedule: 1.0 FTE, 40 hr/week, Variable Shift. Days and shifts can vary.
