SUMMARY:
The PRN Registered Pharmacist provides comprehensive pharmacy services within a hospital setting, ensuring safe, effective, and evidenceâbased medication use across inpatient, outpatient, and emergency settings. This role works closely with physicians, nurses, and other clinical staff to support optimal patient outcomes in a rural community hospital. The pharmacist is responsible for clinical review, medication verification, compounding, regulatory compliance, and direct patient education.
