Job Summary and Qualifications

Achieve department goal of accurate, timely and appropriate dispensing of medication and maintenance of records of such. Assure appropriate pharmaceutical care to the patient and family. This goal shall be achieved in accordance with State/Federal laws, JCAHO/AOA standards and hospital/department policies and procedures.

What qualifications you will need:

• Other-Fingerprint Required
• Pharmacist
• Bachelors Degree
