Job Title: Pharmacist (Ref #6375)
Job Location: 200 E Broadway Ave, Moses Lake, WA 98837 (Grant County).
Duties: Compound and dispense prescribed drugs and medications for patient use. Ensure compliance with State and Federal regulations. Review prescription to ensure accuracy and determine appropriate formulae and ingredients to fill the prescription. Answer patient questions as to drug side effects, interactions, and proper dosage.
Requirements: Doctor of Pharmacy degree, or in the alternative a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree or a related field. Must possess pharmacist license in the State of Washington. Must be certified immunizer or willing to become a certified immunizer within 90 days of hire.
Salary Range: $150,150- $164,892/ Year.
