Inabia is seeking a licensed Pharmacist to join a Critical Access healthcare facility. This role requires a highly responsible and independent professional who is comfortable working alone and managing pharmacy operations independently while ensuring safe and accurate medication dispensing.
The ideal candidate will have strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to operate efficiently in a small facility environment.
Accurately review, verify, and dispense medications in accordance with physician orders and pharmacy regulations.
Provide medication counseling and drug information to patients and healthcare staff.
Ensure compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations.
Maintain accurate medication records and documentation.
Monitor medication therapies for safety, interactions, and appropriate dosing.
Manage pharmacy inventory, including ordering and stocking medications.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to support patient care.
Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or equivalent pharmacy degree.
Active Pharmacist license in the applicable state.
Ability to work independently and manage pharmacy operations alone in a critical access facility.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety.
Previous hospital or clinical pharmacy experience preferred.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8-hour day shifts.
Work Environment: Critical Access Facility.
