Pharmacist

Pharmacist (Contract)

Location: California, 93405
Contract Dates: April 27, 2026 – July 26, 2026 (13 weeks)
Pay: $3000-3100/week

Schedule:

• Night shift: 8:30 PM – 7:00 AM (10-hour shifts)

• 7 on / 7 off schedule

• Every other weekend required

• On-call: Closing pharmacist on call until morning

Position Summary & Responsibilities:

• Verify, fill, and manage medication orders

• Monitor therapy for safety, effectiveness, and interactions

• Provide drug information and support clinical decisions

• Perform IV compounding and ensure regulatory compliance

Requirements:

• Active Pharmacist license in California required

• 2–3 years of hospital pharmacy experience required

• Cerner EMR experience required

• IV certification (e.g., CriticalPoint) preferred

• PharmD preferred

Additional Details:

• IV compounding required

• Work with team of pharmacists and technicians

• No specific scrub color required for pharmacists
