Location: Collierville, TN
Schedule: Monday – Friday, rotating shifts between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (CST)
Work Type: Onsite | Full-Time (40 hours/week)

Pay Rate: $56.71

We are seeking a dedicated and patient-focused Pharmacist to join a specialty pharmacy team in Collierville, TN. This role offers the opportunity to support patients managing complex and chronic conditions while collaborating with healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care.

• Verify all medications prior to dispensing to ensure accuracy and safety
• Provide clinical support and medication management for patients with complex conditions (e.g., HIV, Hep-C, Oncology, Rheumatoid Arthritis)
• Deliver exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare providers
• Evaluate and triage complex patient or provider inquiries, ensuring timely and appropriate resolution

• Lead daily pharmacy operations related to both clinical and distributive activities
• Ensure all processes comply with regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and internal procedures
• Provide guidance and support to pharmacy technicians and staff
• Collaborate with internal and external partners including providers, vendors, and manufacturers

• Support initiatives to improve patient outcomes and enhance pharmacy services
• Assist in developing strategies to grow and retain business
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare partners and stakeholders

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or equivalent degree from an accredited school of pharmacy
• Active Tennessee Pharmacist License in good standing
• Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team

• Experience in specialty pharmacy

• Fully onsite role in Collierville, TN
