Performs and supervises the daily operations of the department. Provides other hospital and medical staff involved with the preparation and dispensing of drugs with drug information and other pharmaceutical services.

Work Schedule: .8 FTE; Inpatient Hospital Pharmacist, Monday-Friday days/evenings. Position will be cross trained in the retail pharmacy to cover critical open shifts. Position will also cover critical open overnight shifts due to PTO or leave of absence, with appropriate notice.

Required Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited college of pharmacy with either a Bachelor of Science or PharmD degree
  • Current Minnesota licensed pharmacist
  • Excellent customer service skills and communication skills
  • Proficient in the English language
  • Demonstrated ability to manage people and time effectively
  • Good attention to detail and ability to implement policies and procedures

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Health system pharmacy experience
