Pharmacist - Peabody location - Temporary
Are you interested in helping the Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) patient population maintain connected and meaningful lives, within their home?
The Pharmacist will receive prescriptions, work directly with the Pharmacy Technicians and Delivery Drivers to ensure PACE patients with timely access to medications through efficient management of medication refill requests and mail in orders.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Massachusetts Pharmacy License
Graduate of an ACPE accredited college of pharmacy with a Doctor of Pharmacy degree.
ASHP accredited residency and/or ACCP board certification in pharmacotherapy.
Adhere to the requirements of the Massachusetts Board of Pharmacy for licensed pharmacists.
Maintain required continuing education for licensure.
Ability to manage time and multi-task with many changes in priorities throughout the workday.
Critical thinking and complex problem-solving skills.
Interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work independently in a teamwork environment.
