Pharmacist - Travel Job

Minimum Requirements:

• Pharmacist license in the state of practice (California) required.
• All state-level licensures and certifications needed to fulfill Pharmacist duties required.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) or equivalent required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) or equivalent required.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or equivalent required.
• Retail pharmacy experience required per client request.
• Graduate of a school of pharmacy required. Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) preferred.
• One year technical experience preferred.
• Inpatient clinical pharmacy experience preferred.

Assignment Details

• Facility type: Hospital.
• Shift: Days.
• Schedule: 5x8 (five 8-hour shifts per week).
• Position responsibilities: Verify and fill medication orders, monitor medication therapies, provide drug information, identify and troubleshoot medication safety hazards, document interactions, and supervise support personnel.
• Location-specific requirement: Retail pharmacy experience needed for this hospital role.
