What You’ll Do:

• Verify, process, and dispense medication orders accurately and efficiently

• Monitor patient medication therapies and identify potential medication safety concerns

• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to optimize treatment outcomes

• Provide drug information, clinical support, and medication management recommendations

• Participate in clinical rounds, quality improvement, and pharmacy operations

What You’ll Bring:

• Graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy

• Active California Pharmacist license required

• Inpatient or clinical pharmacy experience preferred

• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required

• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills
