What You’ll Do:
Verify, process, and dispense medication orders accurately and efficiently
Monitor patient medication therapies and identify potential medication safety concerns
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to optimize treatment outcomes
Provide drug information, clinical support, and medication management recommendations
Participate in clinical rounds, quality improvement, and pharmacy operations
What You’ll Bring:
Graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy
Active California Pharmacist license required
Inpatient or clinical pharmacy experience preferred
BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills
