Job Title: Pharmacist
Location: Waupun, Wi 53963
Pay rate: 67/hr. on 1099
Duration: 26-week contract with possible extension
Schedule: 7 AM - 3:30 PM (Mon - Fri)
Setting: Clinic / Closed Door
Qualifications:
Experience in a clinical or closed-door pharmacy setting is preferred
Ability to compound IV medications within the scope of licensure
Clinical experience in areas such as:
Warfarin management
Antibiotic stewardship
Medication-assisted treatment
Familiarity with Cerner Enterprise software (helpful, not required)
License Required: Unrestricted, clear Wisconsin Pharmacist license
