Job Title: Pharmacist – Specialty & Home Infusion
We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused Pharmacist to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity to step outside of the traditional retail setting and build a meaningful career in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.
 


Schedule: Monday through Friday with on-call responsibilities

About the Role
As a pharmacist on our team, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality care to patients requiring specialty medications and home infusion therapies. You will work closely with healthcare providers, nurses, and patients to ensure safe, effective, and personalized treatment plans.

Responsibilities


    •    Review, verify, and dispense specialty and infusion medications


    •    Provide patient counseling and education


    •    Collaborate with healthcare providers and care teams


    •    Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards


    •    Participate in on-call rotation to support patient needs


 


Qualifications


    •    Active Michigan Pharmacist license (required)


    •    Additional state licenses are a plus


    •    Experience in specialty, home infusion, non-traditional pharmacy settings, or sterile compounding is preferred, but not required


    •    Strong communication and clinical skills


    •    Willingness to learn and grow in a non-traditional setting
