    At Liberty Software, we proudly partner with client pharmacies across the country, helping them support their patients with powerful, user-friendly software. We're excited to grow our team by hiring a Pharmacy Account Executive (Pharmacist) who will be responsible for driving customer retention, managing the Client Services Supervisor (CSS), and providing expert software solutions and advice. This role involves handling product ideas, conducting workflow calls, and performing account reviews to ensure optimal customer satisfaction and support.

    • This role is based in our Grapevine, TX office

    What You’ll Do:

    • Create and execute strategies to retain customers and reduce churn
    • Regularly review customer feedback and satisfaction metrics to identify areas for improvement
    • Identify at-risk customers and proactively address their concerns to prevent loss
    • Provide guidance and support to the Client Services Supervisor to ensure effective team management and customer service delivery
    • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to the CSS
    • Facilitate ongoing training and development opportunities for the CSS and their team by working with the Pharmacy Solutions team
    • Offer expert advice on software-related issues and solutions to customers and team members
    • Work with customers to optimize their use of the software, ensuring they are leveraging all available features
    • Assist with complex technical issues and provide advanced support when necessary
    • Oversee the product ideas queue, ensuring timely review and feedback
    • Work with the Pharmacy Solutions team to communicate customer needs and make suggestions for software improvements
    • Ensure all product ideas are thoroughly documented, including identified shortcomings, ideal solutions, and related tickets
    • Lead workflow calls with customers to review their processes and identify opportunities for improvement
    • Perform regular account reviews to assess customer satisfaction and software usage
    • Develop action plans based on account reviews to enhance customer experience and software utilization

    Qualifications:

    • PharmD degree required
    • Proven experience in customer support and retention
    • Strong leadership and communication skills
    • Expertise in pharmacy software solutions
    • Ability to handle escalated calls and complex issues effectively
