The Team

This role is responsible for leading Analytics and Decision Support within Pharmacy Professional Services, defining how data, analytics, and technology can be leveraged to transform service delivery into scalable, automated, and high-impact solutions.

You Will Be

• Shaping and leading the Analytics & Decision Support function, defining how data drives our Professional Services strategy.
• Turning ideas into scalable, tech-enabled solutions-automating processes to improve speed, accuracy, and impact.
• Delivering meaningful insights that help clients optimize performance, reduce costs, and make better decisions.
• Partnering with Product, Engineering, and Delivery teams to embed analytics into everything we do-and influence what we build next.
• Creating tools, frameworks, and processes that scale across customers and unlock new value.
• Building and leading a high-performing team, championing innovation and a data-driven culture.

You Will Bring

• 7+ years in analytics, data strategy, or decision support within healthcare, pharmacy, or SaaS.
• 5+ years leading data or analytics teams.
• Experience driving automation, efficiency, and operational improvements.
• Proven success working in cross-functional, matrixed environments.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Apexus 340B ACE Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain within 12 months)
• Strong expertise in healthcare analytics, including 340B, pharmacy operations, and financial models.
• Experience working with healthcare data ecosystems (e.g., claims, dispensing, purchasing, EHR integrations).
• Proven track record of building and scaling analytics or data functions.
• Technical proficiency with data platforms, BI tools (Power BI, Qlik), and automation technologies.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable, data-driven solutions.
• Advanced analytical thinking with a focus on delivering actionable insights.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across teams.
• Confident communicator, able to translate complex data into clear, executive-level insights.
