There is no patient interaction, answering of phones, or dealing with insurance companies This role is fast-paced and team-oriented with a safety-first attitude.   • Processes orders for shipping
  • Folds and packs paperwork with prescriptions to prepare for shipping
  • Sorts orders by store location and places in totes for shipping
  • Loads product into truck
  • Complies with policies, procedures and SOP's
  • Adheres to and promotes the Company's Shared principles

Qualification & Experience

  • Able to lift and carry 20-25 pounds
  • Will be standing/walking for the majority of the shift (8+hours per day)
  • Requires bending, twisting, reaching and grasping
  • Understands and abides by federal and state HIPAA laws as well as pharmacy standard procedures to ensure patient safety and privacy.
  • Demonstrate problem resolution skills: ability to recognize, address and escalate issues to management.

Working Conditions & Physical Demands (If Applicable): Works in a fast-paced production environment known as an automated refill center. Performs warehouse operations such as packing prescriptions, receiving and shipping. Maintains continuous and consistent work flow in order to meet daily production goals; and has the ability to work productively either independently or as a team with acute attention to detail while performing repetitive tasks.
