Pharmacy Assistant
Location: Memphis, TN | Onsite
COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
• Pay Rate: $19.50/hour
• Schedule: Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Monday
• Monday, Thursday, Friday: 11:00 AM – 9:30 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM
ROLE IMPACT
The Pharmacy Fulfillment Associate supports critical medication distribution operations by ensuring products are accurately processed, packed, and prepared for shipment. This role helps maintain inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, and quality standards within a fast-paced Central Fill Pharmacy environment. Success is measured through attention to detail, productivity, and adherence to established procedures.
Key Responsibilities
• Pack and prepare prescription orders for distribution in a Central Fill Pharmacy environment
• Operate automated sorting and counting equipment safely and efficiently
• Receive, inspect, and store incoming supplies and inventory
• Count stock and enter inventory data into computer systems to maintain accurate records
• Clean equipment, complete required documentation, and assist with stocking shelves and inventory organization
Minimum Qualifications
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Reliable transportation with consistent attendance availability
• Ability to work four 10-hour shifts weekly with overtime as needed
Core Tools & Systems
• Automated sorting and counting equipment
• Inventory management systems
• Data entry and computer applications
• Packing and fulfillment equipment
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Previous pharmacy, warehouse, fulfillment, or distribution experience
• Picking and packing experience in a high-volume environment
• Experience maintaining inventory records and working with automated equipment
