Remote Pharmacy Care Coordinator
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Location: Remote (U.S. residents)
Schedule: Must be able to work any 8-hour shift between 7:00 AM–7:00 PM CST (assigned)
Training: Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CST for the first 4–6 weeks (virtual attendance required)
Type: Full-time hours, contract assignment (40 hrs/week)
Position Overview
We are hiring a Remote Pharmacy Care Coordinator to support patients through the referral/application process and help ensure a smooth patient journey. This role is phone-heavy and requires strong documentation skills, empathy, and the ability to multitask across multiple systems in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities
Create and complete accurate patient referrals and applications in a CRM platform
Answer patient questions and provide clear, empathetic support regarding their status/next steps
Document calls thoroughly and accurately while speaking with patients
Place outbound calls for follow-ups and confirmations as needed
Coordinate with referral sources (including healthcare providers) to process new applicants
Maintain quality and compliance while meeting daily/weekly performance metrics

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
2–4 years of customer-facing experience preferred (call center/customer service experience is a plus)
Ability to type 40 WPM and capture accurate notes during live calls
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a patient-first approach
Comfortable using Microsoft products and video tools (Teams/Zoom)
Reliable attendance and strong time management in a production environment
