Pay Rate:$19.00/hour (Paid Weekly)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM until work is completed (typically around 2:00 PM)
We're looking for a dependable Associate Pharmacy Clerk to join a busy Optum pharmacy team in Franklin, TN. In this role, you'll help ensure patients receive their medications accurately and on time by packing and preparing approximately 250–300 prescription orders each day.
Responsibilities:
- Pack prescription orders accurately by following computer prompts.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail to prevent packing errors.
- Arrive on time and ready to begin production at the scheduled start time.
- Work efficiently to meet daily production goals.
- Lift up to 40 pounds approximately 30–40 times per day.
- Stand for extended periods (up to 7 hours per shift).
- Maintain a positive attitude and work collaboratively with the pharmacy team.
- Follow workplace safety and quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and dependable work ethic.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Willingness to work diligently in a fast-paced production setting.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for most of the shift.
- No pharmacy license or certification required.
