Seeking a Part-time Pharmacy Customer Service Associate to deliver exceptional customer experiences and support pharmacy operations.
Responsibilities include greeting customers, processing sales, assisting pharmacists with prescription handling, maintaining store displays, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Engage customers proactively, resolve issues, and recommend products to enhance sales.
Assist with inventory management, pharmacy system entry, prescription accuracy, and medication safety. Provide photo services and support web order pickups.
Maintain store cleanliness and appearance, support team collaboration, and adhere to policies and safety standards.
Require fluency in English, flexibility for evenings/weekends, and preferably retail experience, pharmacy familiarity, math skills, computer proficiency, and PTCB certification. Training and development are emphasized.
Compensation starts at $16/hr, up to $18/hr, with benefits available. The role requires a focus on delivering a positive customer experience, supporting pharmacy functions, and maintaining store standards.
