About the Role:
Join our dedicated team at Skilled Nursing Pharmacy in Hayward, CA as a Pharmacy Dispatcher, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring timely and accurate medication delivery to skilled nursing facilities. Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and dispatch medication deliveries to skilled nursing facilities and long-term care clients
• Communicate with drivers to manage routes, schedules, and real-time delivery updates
• Verify and track outgoing pharmacy orders to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Maintain delivery logs and documentation in compliance with pharmacy regulations
• Liaise between pharmacy staff, drivers, and facility contacts to resolve delivery issues
• Prioritize urgent and STAT medication orders for immediate dispatch
• Monitor driver progress and adjust routes as needed for efficiency

Requirements:

• Prior dispatching, logistics, or pharmacy delivery coordination experience preferred
• Strong communication and multitasking skills in a high-volume environment
• Familiarity with pharmacy operations, long-term care, or healthcare logistics is a plus
• Proficient with dispatch software, routing tools, or similar technology
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage time-sensitive priorities
• Dependable, team-oriented, and committed to patient safety
