Pharmacy Fill Technician (Warehouse)
Location: Albany, NY 12205
Pay Rate: $25.00
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM; one evening per week 2:00 PM–10:00 PM; every other weekend 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Pharmacy Fill Technician to join our team in Albany. This position is primarily a warehouse/filling role focused on accurately and efficiently preparing prescriptions under the direct supervision of a Registered Pharmacist.
The manager is looking for someone with a strong work history, dependable attendance, and a willingness to learn. Pharmacy or medical experience is less important than having a strong work ethic and the ability to learn and follow processes.

- Fill and prepare prescriptions under the direct supervision of a Registered Pharmacist
- Accurately select, count, package, and label medications
- Organize and maintain inventory and work areas
- Follow established procedures for prescription filling and medication handling
- Maintain accuracy while working in a fast-paced environment
- Assist with general warehouse/filling department duties as needed
- Work collaboratively with pharmacists and other team members
- Follow all safety and quality procedures

Qualifications

- Active Pharmacy Technician License required
- Reliable and dependable with a strong attendance record
- Solid work history
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to work efficiently in a warehouse/filling environment
- Comfortable standing, moving, and performing repetitive tasks throughout the workday
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Previous warehouse, fulfillment, retail, or similar experience is welcome
- Pharmacy or medical experience is helpful but not required
