REMOTE. FTE: 1.000000 Standard Hours: 40.00 Shift: 1 Schedule: Monday-
Friday working first shift Job Summary: Responsible for pharmacy health
information system development, implementation and maintenance.
Responsibilities also include system design, testing, validation,
trouble shooting and user training. Provides clinical support and
technical services to provide EHR tools to clinicians so they can
provide quality and cost-effective drug therapy to patients. Other
duties as assigned. EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION: Three or more years of
hospital practice experience is preferred. EDUCATION DESCRIPTION:
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy is required. LICENSURE DESCRIPTION:
Active Wisconsin Pharmacist License is required or eligible for and must
obtain within 3 months. . 30 CEU biannually; Specialized knowledge:
pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, drug literature review, therapeutic
and aseptic technique. Epic Willow certified. Compensation, Benefits &

hourly) $49.15 - $84.07. Final compensation is based on experience and
