Pharmacy Inventory & Warehouse Specialist

Inventory/Putaway ClerkRequired Education: High school or equivalent. Preferred Education/License: We will provide the training for the required professional licensing.Required Qualifications:Warehouse/logistic experience, basic health care knowledge.Ability to lift to 50 pounds.Ability to stand up for 8 hours with intermittent breaks.Ability to demonstrate creating a culture of collaboration, recognition, inclusiveness, and diversity.Good verbal and written communication skills.Strong teamwork and cooperation skills.Intermediate level of proficiency with computer and Windows PC applications, including the ability to navigate and learn new and complex computer applications.Competent in basic mathematical equations with different forms of measurements, whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.Ability to work the required hours, but also the flexibility to work occasional overtime and weekends as necessary.Preferred Qualifications:Previous experience working in a mail order setting.Proficient computer and organizational skills with the ability to focus on workload and achievement of both production and quality objectives.Responsibilities:Maintain drug inventory and dispensing supplies at dispensing stations and in overstock locations.Assist with physical inventory audits.Removal of expired products.Follow SOPs to complete job tasks.Inspect inventory for damage.Load and unload delivery vehicles.Mark and label stock.Investigate inventory discrepancies.Excellent time management.Overview:Our team consists of six inventory and supply chain specialists who collectively support medication inventory management, distribution, and compliance activities. Team members are cross-trained to ensure operational continuity and coverage across all assigned locations. The team is structured to provide reliable coverage, maintain inventory accuracy, support regulatory compliance, and ensure uninterrupted product availability across all assigned areas. Team Structure:1 Supervisor responsible for workload prioritization, inventory discrepancy investigation, audit support, and ensuring adherence to SOPs.1 Inventory Specialist who is backfill/assistant to the Inventory Supervisor.5 Inventory & Logistics Specialists responsible for daily inventory operations.**Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.** **Please note that all position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a client's business needs and requirements.**
