We are seeking an experienced Pharmacy IT Systems Analyst Epic Willow Inpatient to support and optimize Epic Willow Inpatient applications in a healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will be a PharmD with significant Epic experience and an Epic Willow Inpatient certification. This position will work closely with pharmacy, clinical, operational, and IT teams to support application functionality, workflows, system enhancements, troubleshooting, and optimization.
PharmD required.
Epic Willow Inpatient certification required.
Minimum of 4 years of Epic experience.
Strong understanding of pharmacy workflows and Epic Willow Inpatient functionality.
Must be able to work the Eastern Time Zone schedule of 8:00 AM 5:00 PM ET.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Candidates must be able to work Eastern Time Zone hours, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM ET.
Provide application support for Epic Willow Inpatient.
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex application and workflow issues.
Support pharmacy-related workflows and ensure Epic functionality aligns with operational needs.
Evaluate existing workflows and recommend opportunities for system optimization.
Collaborate with pharmacy leadership, clinicians, IT teams, and other stakeholders.
Translate pharmacy and operational requirements into appropriate Epic application solutions.
Participate in application enhancements, upgrades, implementations, testing, and optimization initiatives.
Assist with system configuration and troubleshooting within the scope of Epic Willow Inpatient.
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, functionality, and user experience.
Support testing and validation of application changes.
Document issues, solutions, workflows, and system changes as appropriate.
Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and meet project objectives.
Strong Epic Willow Inpatient knowledge and hands-on experience.
Strong understanding of inpatient pharmacy workflows.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to troubleshoot complex technical and workflow issues.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively with clinical, pharmacy, operational, and IT stakeholders.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Ability to prioritize multiple requests and projects effectively.
