Job Description
Walmart is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead daily operations in a high‑volume retail pharmacy. In this role, you will oversee safe, accurate dispensing, ensure full compliance with state and federal regulations, and deliver exceptional patient care. You’ll manage and develop a team of pharmacists and technicians, optimize inventory and controlled substances, and expand clinical services such as immunizations and MTM. Partnering with store leadership, you will drive performance, quality, and customer satisfaction while modeling Walmart’s culture of respect, service, and excellence.
